Cancellation & Refund Terms
Flexible Cancellation
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Late Cancellation Policy
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.
No-Show & Last Minute
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled departure, or no-shows at the designated pickup point, are non-refundable.
Administrative fees may apply to processing refunds. Please contact our support team for any emergency changes.
