By accessing and using Cherry Transit, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Cherry Transit provides premium airport shuttle services connecting London, Toronto Downtown, and Pearson International Airport. We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional transit solutions.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. Payments are processed securely in CAD. One suitcase and one personal item are included per passenger; extra luggage requires prior approval.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees. Please contact support via cherrytransitca@gmail.com for refund requests.

5. Liability

While we strive for punctual departures, Cherry Transit is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are advised to allow ample time for airport arrivals.
